30″ Range Convection Oven Base w/ Solid State Control

High-capacity configuration and compact design saves space without sacrificing volume. Lang ranges are constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body. Available in 6 range top options.

  • Two-speed fan and variable-rate pulse fan control

Full-size features for high-volume production and consistent baking performance in half size! ECOH convection ovens feature a two speed fan with pulse capability.
